Struggled to get out of bed this 🌨🌨 rainy morning. My mind kept saying “stay in bed” but I pushed past those thoughts and now my Saturday Morning workout 💪🏽💪🏽 is completed!!!

The hardest thing at times is to not listen to that voice that tells you to give up, stay home, you’re not good enough, you don’t deserve ……..
Whatever it is… be able to recognize that this isn’t from you.
Work on some affirmations to counteract any of those thoughts that hold you back from your goals and your progress. So any time you start thinking those negative thoughts of weariness and defeat….. Affirm yourself!
say to yourself, I’m a winner…..I’m beautiful the way I am…..I deserve…….I’m successful……I got this!!
