Fabulous at 40…..✨

This is the Year that I will embrace the Fabulous 40 with God’s grace along with many of my school friends. No time like the present to start paying closer attention to my health and overall wellness.

I just read on my FB timeline about 2 women who have suffered heart attacks and are doing well thank God. I just retook my health assessment to identify my nutritional needs, reloading on my company’s products to give me that added boost and putting a plan in place.

I hear 👂 Lots of things start to change and slow down after 40 and on the other hand I hear 40 is the new 20.

Either way I will embrace it with style and grace.
