What  great things will you accomplish for the rest of 2017 ???

Half of the year is gone!! Where did the time go?? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

This is a great time to sit and reflect on where you are, what you overcame and what’s next. Something I am definitely doing to ensure that my 2018 is more impactful and powerful than 2017. Intention and consistency is what is needed when setting goals and looking for growth. 

  1. First, I will dedicate some time this weekend to map out my goals, and the small daily tasks to accomplish them. “The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.” Proverbs‬ ‭21:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

  2. Then I will make sure the tasks are small yet mighty. If the tasks are overwhelming and unrealistic then I won’t stick to it. It will seem like too much to do and then I will do something else that seems less daunting. For example, one of my goals is to ensure I have a healthy meal replacement shake for breakfast every day at work. This will help with my health, weight loss goals and my consistency. Realistically I won’t stop every morning to grab items to make a shake before work but if I prepare my shakes on Sundays with fruits, veggies and my protein powder in separate ziploc bags and freeze them then Bingo!!! 🎯🎯Now in the morning I can grab and go, plus I have a mini blender at work. This plan is easier and more realistic for me to stay consistent 

  3. Finally, the last crucial key is to take action daily. Doing all the planning and writing without implementing is just wishing . In order for me to ensure that I have an explosive 2017 the action steps must match my desires. I can’t expect great things with minimal work.

Take a moment this 4th of July weekend to reflect, celebrate then set intentions for an explosive rest of 2017. What are some great things you accomplished for 2017 ???
